No. If you don’t wish to set up an account, then simply email your booking request through and we will be able to organise an immediate consignment with pay now services.
If the driver deems that freight can not be left safely then they may opt to return the freight back to their depot. Example: You have a dog in your yard that would be able to rip up the parcel, or there is no sheltered area available and it may possibly rain.
You will need to contact our office to cancel your booking. If your booking is cancelled within 1hr of the pickup time slot then you will be charged a futile charge.

No, we do not package your freight. It must be sufficiently packaged prior to collection or delivery. We do not adhere con notes. You must have this on your freight prior to collection. If not, a futile fee will be charged.
You must have the length x width x height in CM and the weight in KG of your freight. If it is palletised, it must include the overall dimensions. Estimates resulting in inaccurate dimensions will incur additional charges.
Yes, no pickup bookings after 2pm will be accepted.
This is where the Charged Weight is the greater of 2 numbers, either dead weight or Cubic Weight. Most carriers use Charged Weight for their costings.
